Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Keystone Chapter, PA July 2020

  • The MAI designation is the highest designation in the appraisal industry. The MAI designation is held by
    professionals who provide a range of services on all types of real property related to providing opinions of
    value. Received the designation at the age of 24; one of the youngest appraisers in the United States to be
    designated as an MAI.

Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC), Chapter 9 of IRWA February 2024

  • The certification is granted to candidates who have achieved professional status through experience,
    education, and examination in the appraisal right of way discipline. The certification provides the necessary
    education for appraisals in reference to eminent domain and condemnation proceedings, especially in
    reference to partial acquisitions by the acquiring agency.

  • The AI-GRS designation is held by professionals who provide reviews of appraisals of a wide range of
